RESERVATIONS-Please call in advance to assure availability.  A credit card is required to secure an appointment.

CANCELATIONS-A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any appointmnet.  Cancellations less than 24-hours in advance will be charged 50% off all services booked being applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY-We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your experience.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.

PAYMENT-We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or ATM debit cards.  We do not accept checks.  Gratuities are not included, but are much appreciated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES-Gift Certificates are available for any spa service or any specified dollar amount.  Gift Certificates are now available online.  Gift Certiifcates are non-refundable.

CELL PHONES-Out of consideration for other Beyond guests, please turn off your phone before entering into the spa.  Also, remember to keep your voices down when chatting in the spa.

DIRECTIONS-

From Highway 89:  Turn west at the Oak Hills Dr. light, next to Layton Surf & Swim water tower.  The first light you come to at the bottom of the hill is Fairfield Road, take a left.  Then a right after the Blockbuster sign.  We are located in the Fairfield Plaza next to Blockbuster. 

From I-15:  Take the new Layton Parkway exit, turn east.  At the Fort Lane light turn left, then right at the next light which is Gentile, you'll be heading east.  The next light you come to is Gentile & Fairfield, turn right.  Then a right after the Blockbuster sign.  We are located in the Fairfield Plaza next to Blockbuster.
