RESERVATIONS-Please call in advance to assure availability.  A credit card is required to secure an appointment.

CANCELATIONS-A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any appointmnet.  Cancellations less than 24-hours in advance will be charged 50% off all services booked being applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY-We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your experience.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.

PAYMENT-We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or ATM debit cards.  We do not accept checks.  Gratuities are not included, but are much appreciated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES-Gift Certificates are available for any spa service or any specified dollar amount.  Gift Certificates are now available online.  Gift Certiifcates are non-refundable.

CELL PHONES-Out of consideration for other Beyond guests, please turn off your phone before entering into the spa.  Also, remember to keep your voices down when chatting in the spa.

DIRECTIONS-From Ogden: take highway 89 south to the Layton Surf & Swim water tower.  At the light (Oak Hills Dr.), take a right.  The first light you come to is Fairfield Road, take a left.  Then a right after the Blockbuster sign.  From Layton Hills Mall; take Gordon Ave past Red Lobster and the Training Table east.  The 2nd light you come to is Fairfield Road, take a right at the light and head south.  The next light you come to is Gentile & Fairfield.  We are located in the Fairfield Plaza next to Blockbuster.
